Elaine Dakessian, a chef at Tre Bien, has always been a foodie. Formerly of “Elaine D's...A Personal Chef Service”, she made her mark in the valley after moving here from Monterey to be with family. This new establishment is born of a need to grow, to have a new kitchen in a nice location, and to fulfill the dream of bringing unique and personalized menus to her clients. She has been a member of the United States Personal Chef Association since 1999 and can be found on their website as well at hire-a-chef.com.

With years of experience in every aspect of the industry, this seemed to be the perfect time to "follow that dream”.Walnut Avenue Deli offers a combination of box lunch delivery (for those too busy to leave the office), executive box lunch, in-house private business lunch meetings, cozy bridal or baby showers, dinner parties for up to 24, cooking classes, cooking demonstrations for the bigger groups, and hands-on classes for up to 8.
